I really like this device. I only use it to watch movies stored on my 8-bay QNAP server. So far, the device has played everything smoothly, even Gemini Man in Dolby Vision at 60 frames per second without any problems. I don't compress my movies or copy them directly from a 4K disc before transferring them to my server and these movies play fine at 90+/- Mbps. I strongly recommend that you don't try to play ISO files that appear sluggish and stutter terribly. Sonically, this device recognizes and plays DTS-X and Dolby Atmos without any problems. Do not set EDID as this may disable DTS-X on your device.
