Not as bright as they say

I'm a freak down your street with crazy over the top Halloween decorations. This year I've been crazy about lighting and blacklight. I bought these headlights (and I bought about 6 pieces). They give a much better light than black pigtail lamps. But I don't understand the reviews about "you are so bright"? Because it isn't. These lights are ok but $10 more expensive than the KINGBO 36W LED light https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0749JNZXV/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Damn cool! Hope that helps
