My daughter loves this puppy very much and, as advertised, wants to cuddle him every night, but the first night she woke up in the pitch dark night because the battery was dead. It came fully charged and I expect it will have a battery that should last all night. Instead we had to buy a second night light so she would have some light when she wakes up at night. She still loves the puppy and falls asleep with him in her arms, but he never survives the night 😔
