I was invited to a Nikkah (a traditional Muslim wedding) and stressed for a long time on what to wear! Since I didn't know the bride or groom (my husband is a colleague of the groom), I didn't feel that it would be appropriate for me to wear traditional clothing (I'm a white woman).
