Good, but I don't work with it. My sister gave me the idea. You place one or more (depending on which size you like best) in a non-stick pan, then stack another on top while stacking them in the cupboard. It prevents the bottom of the pot placed on it from scratching the non-stick surface. I only have one stack on the fridge. I've even run a few through the wash and they came out fine (regular load of washer and dryer), a bit of a pill but good for what I use it for. Two thumbs up, big bunch of these at a good price, covers all my nonstick pots/pans and then some. The supplier delivered on time and in good condition.
