Excellent customer service
Installation instructions are unclear but there is a video, the problem is they don't show exactly how to position the washer that is fished through the hood. I installed it incorrectly and couldn't fix it. I emailed them and they responded immediately and sent me a new washer and metal wire to rebuild for free. I appreciate the help and customer service. I highly recommend as the product is good and the customer service is great
