The size is a bit small.
I buy clothes a little larger because you never know when a growth spurt will come along that will force you to run to the store at the last minute. Normally my 14/16 son is a little looser but this shirt fits him perfectly. If he has another growth spurt next week, this shirt won't last long enough to be worth the money spent on it. But I can pass it on to my youngest son who is 1 year younger.
