A few years ago we bought a branded appliance in our old house and used it for 5 years before we sold the house. We have the right pots and pans for the induction cooker and we have experience with them. We have just bought a house and needed an induction cooker to replace the 1960's appliance that was sitting here. The pandemic made buying home appliances difficult, and I had to stop. The device is easy to install and connect. The device heats up for about 5 seconds and then switches off again and again for 5 seconds. My other device didn't do this, it kept heating up. If you cook for a while, the device will not lower the temperature and turn off. We had to reset the switch at least twice a week for the hob to turn off. The hob is very sensitive to water and switches off when there is a shortage of water. I sent this unit back and will never buy this brand again. I understand that this device is cheap compared to a well known brand but you get what you pay for.
