Do you need muscle/tissue help? Take it!

To be honest, the peanut massage can hurt when you're really working on tight muscles, but the relief is worth the temporary discomfort. Listen to your body and don't overdo it. If you train hard and need tissue work to recover between workouts, you won't regret adding this little tool to your routine. It can even help during rehabilitation after an injury! It's so small that it's perfect for a duffel bag and you can take it with you when you travel. I always take this with me, some rubber bands and a skipping rope when I travel.
