This slide arrived packed well and was easy to install. My old slide had fallen apart and was no longer usable.The portion that attaches to the keyboard drawer was perfect and fit exact. Then when I was driving the screw to hold the first bracket to the bottom of the desk, it hit the end and twisted the 'L' bracket so bad I had to take it back apart to straighten it. Then I assembled it to the desk by pre-drilling a small pilot hole and using a hand screwdriver.The biggest complaint is that there is no 'stop' when the keyboard is in use. It tries to close as you are typing.Other than those two issues this is well worth the price. If I was keeping this desk long term I would have purchased a better one but this is for 'Work from Home' so hopefully it will not be long.
