Review on 🔋 Hoover Performance Lightweight Cordless BH53350 by Gina Cravalho

I bought it a year ago and I was very excited. Has worked fine for a few months. Then the main roller of the brush began to make a disgusting noise, and the rotation of the brush itself stopped, slowed down, resumed, slowed down, etc. The end of the body to which the brush was attached became very hot to the touch. I called and wasted too much time trying to get a replacement brush roller head which finally arrived. Three months later, this brush roller stopped rotating. So going through the whole process again, proof of purchase (which I presented the first time and for product registration), a few phone calls etc. It's been three months now and the latest one doesn't work anymore. While vacuuming, it suddenly stopped spinning. To be clear, I have carpets but they are not high pile. I brush my hair and pet hair regularly. My house isn't that big and I vacuum about once a week. This thing will not be abused or abused. I'm so excited I could scream. They want to send me a brand new block, which I don't want because I have no reason to believe it won't last long. The waste of my time is immeasurable. Oh, and the trash can fills up VERY fast, so you have to empty it all the time. I can highly recommend another vacuum cleaner.
