I'm not sure why the case was used but we received it and I noticed that the insert that helps it hold its shape was a bit loose. If you think the stakes are small, then it isn't. We also tried putting it in the fridge to shrink it a bit, but that didn't help either. Noticeable movement was allowed on the iPad. If you shake the case slightly, you can feel it hit each side of the inner mold that holds the iPad. Then when we took a closer look we noticed that there was dirt on it, there was discoloration on the case handle as if someone was holding it with dirty hands. There's also a scratch on the back and the edges look like someone took the iPad in and out a few times. Extremely disappointed and hopefully it was just a fluke for this company and others are more fortunate.
