I was looking for a bluetooth headset to use during my daily trips on the train and in airport terminals. I have tried many different headsets including Plantronics 5200, Plantronics Voyager 6200, Jabra Evolve 75e. This Evolve 75 works surprisingly well. I was on a train hurtling down the tracks and the person on the other end didn't know I was on the train. Another time, the sound of a jackhammer building could be heard right next to me, and the other person had no idea. So for the main purpose, it works exceptionally well. It's a bit bulkier than I'd like - it's an in-ear headphone. Also, as some other reviewers noted, having the mic boom on the right instead of the left took a bit of getting used to. It's nice to have a magnetic microphone to keep it in place. Muting your device is great for long conference calls. The battery life of 14 hours is amazing. As for noise cancellation, I won't be using my trusty Bose QC15 for long flights, even though it has active noise cancellation. The noise-cancellation works in an office setting, but not as well as the Bose.
