Review on Stay Dry and Stylish with the Charles River Toddler New Englander Rain Jacket by Stephen Johnson

I needed a raincoat for my child (kindergarten). She's going through a period where she wants everything to be turquoise. It was the only coat in the color she liked. That's great! Totally waterproof and looks good. I bought size 5 as she is 5 years old. It's a bit big but she's small for her age so I'd say the measurements are pretty accurate. Highly recommended.
