Goes perfectly with Velma's costume
I ordered size 5 for my petite 7 year old girl for Velma's costume skirt. It has adjustable pull tabs at the waist so I pull it on a bit and it's perfect. Has built in shorts for privacy which is great. She will be able to wear it as a regular skirt after Halloween too.
- Ordered for a school concert for a child of 11 years. Very satisfied and would recommend or order again.
- My kid usually wears a size 7/8 and bought it for a couple of years and it was too tight...
