August 2020 update: fans are starting to show oil leaks as other reviewers have mentioned but thankfully these fans come with a one year warranty. I contacted AsiaHorse and they sent me 6 new fans. They showed oil leaks and the bearings sound like they are starting to fail. Let's see what happens to them next, but at least there is a guarantee. Pros: - PWM mode works with motherboard - LED controls work very well and can sync colors with other elements like RAM/CPU coolers. Full color palette. - The remote control is pretty cool for basic inputs. - The fan speed is the slowest, but the remote has 3 speed options and even the low speed kept my computer cool under stress tests with 100% load. Liquid cooling fans could be better for airflow through the heatsink. - Only one set of cables per fan compared to Corsair/other brands with fan and LED controls. - Side view of the colors through the white plastic. Other fans don't. Cons: - Doesn't let most of the air through - but wasn't really a problem for me - the controller is pretty cheap. could be better - the wires are definitely cheap. at least a size or two larger. I've had them for about a month now and will definitely buy them again. PWM and LED control features put them on par with higher brand fans at a fraction of the cost. If used for a few years it will be perfect.
