This is one of the worst supplements I have ever bought. It doesn't mix well and half of the powder ends up at the bottom of your glass/water bottle. The powder is so micronized that it looks like dust flying all over the place like in a bad viral movie. It penetrates everywhere and does not stain. So if you're wearing dark workout clothes, prepare to have some white dust on part of you so when you down your pre-workout drink you're so "damn full." up to your throat"" that you don't want to work out anymore. I don't think Mark Wahlberg uses it, or if he does someone else will mix it up for him. It's awful and I'd give it back if I could.
