1. Advertisement says "Removable filter basket for quick and easy cleaning." I thought that meant the product came with a permanent filter but that's not it Case. I found this a bit misleading and had to go out last night to buy a filter so I could have coffee this morning. I wish they would make that clearer. It would be a nice bonus to give the buyer a pair of paper filters for immediate use.2. The setup instructions for aligning the basket are vague and could be clearer. It took me a few minutes to figure it out.3. There's a shower head, but the instructions aren't clear on exactly where it's supposed to sit either. Also, the hand gets in the way of removing the basket, adding to the frustration. The instructions for the chlorine water filter warn you not to install this filter in the car in the recommended direction, but I couldn't figure out which was the top and which was the bottom. Let's hope I did it right. Although the coffee was pretty good this morning. After reading all the reviews on these machines I bought a 4 year warranty for $6.99. I think the coffee maker should last 10 years.
