Review on Hitess Bearing Drawer Available Lengths by George Kapoor

I don't write many reviews, it's either good or bad. These drawers here are the most horrible piece of crap. I know these aren't Blum -Drawer slides are, which are expensive, but soft closes are probably the best way to go. Soft close didn't work on 9 slides out of 10, so if they don't, then why even have a soft close feature? I disabled the soft close feature so they now work like regular ball bearing drawer slides and they installed correctly I'm a carpenter and made jigs that fit properly I bought regular ball bearing drawer slides off Amazon and they worked great. So I guess don't waste your time on this, if you want smooth drawer slides and that's important to you, go for Blum if the cost are an option, just use regular full extension slides with ball bearings, this product doesn't close smoothly, or some of them will close, it will frustrate you and end up taking a lot longer than it should. Just my two cents.
