Takes some getting used to. Several times I accidentally washed the bathroom mirror instead of treating my gums because my fingers pressed the wrong buttons. You can't see the knobs because you're probably leaning over the sink to let things drain properly. So try to remember where everything is. I had a hard time removing the water tank to wash everything - everything wasn't completely dry and then my fingers slip off and I end up hitting the buttons to turn the machine on. It has some throw to it! Water is everywhere! And the tank is held firmly, but that makes it difficult to loosen. This device is easy to use and the battery lasts forever between charges.
