For the quality and price of the flashlight it's ok but NOT for UVB
Bought for my turtle table. Great price + It fits on my desk + It stays firm and bends as I put it + It gives off heat + It provides the UVB needed for reptile health - (see video) I bought another lightbulb which Emits UVB which is required for reptile bone health, so overall if you're looking for lights that aren't huge and ugly just to provide warmth, this will suit you. Please buy another lamp if this is your only UVB lamp!
