Worst piece of furniture ever
Although I've ignored previous reviews I feel I shouldn't have. This SHOULD be an easy setup, but the hex screw holes are wrong. Once I put the hex wrench in and started tightening the bolts, the hex wrench loosened the hole and just kept spinning. As a result, the screws could not be fully tightened. I tried tightening them with pliers and/or a wrench but ended up scratching the wood. I called the manufacturer and support was always busy and voicemail was so full I couldn't even leave a message for someone to call me back. Luckily Revain accepted my return and refunded my money as I couldn't get a replacement. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON IT!
