This product has gotten some negative reviews here, but I'll give you the real deal. I like it in general. Good. The preinstalled settings are pretty bad and not editable (other picture and sound settings are editable). A simple update and redesign of the menu can go a long way. The only editable setting is the "Custom" setting, and I think that's what most people want. I found a good match and my picture looks great. I am satisfied with the size of the monitor and its quality. The monitor mounted well on my HAUNUO model HNSS6 swing arm. A decent HDMI cable is included. The speakers on it are pretty crappy but... I usually run the audio from somewhere else so it doesn't matter. TLDR: Good monitor, but adjustment is the only good setting and the speakers are pretty poor quality. I like the product and enjoy it. 4.25 stars.
