The strap on this device coils from the inside of the case and is VERY difficult to remove. And as far as I can tell, it's impossible to lock the cord when it's fully extended, so I had to constantly fight the cord's urge to tug on the cord the entire time I was using the phone. This makes it very difficult to talk, text, or take photos with the phone unless you let go, which for me totally defeats the purpose of keeping the phone on a leash.
