The customer service is outstanding; I have yet not had any problems at all in over one year since they started offering services for us (we were previously using another vendor).

They do what it takes - whether you need them or just want some help figuring out how something works-they're there!! There really isn't anything bad about this business as far has being awesome goes. It's been great working alongside these folks who know exactly where everything fits within an online product/service platform like ours so well. !
