Works like new once installed, but requires a little know-how
This replacement drive works just like the new Xbox! But it does take some work and a little know-how to set up, and there are some great Youtube videos to walk you through it all! The hardest part is that the old drive's circuit board needs to be installed on the new drive and soldered to the motherboard to work properly. If you have a soldering iron, the right size screwdriver and some patience. it is not so bad

- โ Installation - This drive is NOT plug and play. You need to replace the original circuit board with your original drive. Requires soldering.
