This feed has a bit of everything. No sunflower seeds which is great! I first bought it to convert my bird to pellet feeding (he didn't really care about Zupreme's natural taste). My bird tends to pick seeds first and neglect pellets. I started adding some water to moisten the pellets and it took a little more work digging up the seeds which resulted in my bird eating more pellets. And now he started eating the pellets without adding water and making him do it. Since the seeds are high in fat and not the best thing for a bird at all, I'm starting to switch to pure pellets (zupreem medium fruit mix pellets) and buying seeds separately to offer as a treat (mine loves safflower) or sprout mix alone as a supplement to fresh fruit and vegetables.
