THERE WAS NO INK IN THIS

when i first got this i was pleased that it had a real pen tip when i used it with my cricut it wrote beautifully but after 2 yeah two Applications it stopped working so I learned It needs a break so I let it rest and after a few weeks I tried again and it didn't work so I decided to open it to see if i can fix it but to my surprise there was NO INK :(
