This is the first time we tried this product. My husband and I first went through all the necessary procedures and then tried to use the product to prepare dinner. Nothing has happened. We tried to fix bugs but to no avail. Luckily we were able to get a refund and keep the pressure cooker too. After dismantling, we found that the manufacturer had made a hole with a screw. I thank God it didn't explode and catch fire. I was very disappointed to see the lack of quality control for a product with such a high rating. Very disappointed.
