disillusioned by the empty promise of cheap prices
As a consumer, I was really dissatisfied with the OSTWIN web shop. In spite of the fact that providing "high-quality products at affordable prices" is central to their stated aim, I found their prices to be well above the market norm. The customer support I received was unresponsive and useless, and the things I received were of low quality. If you're searching for a good deal on decent goods, I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
