After the 8th warranty return of the "Elite 2" controller, I decided to switch to a non-genuine product and give it a try. I currently use a Power A Spectra controller and still enjoy it, but felt the need for a little more grip. Rather than purchase the "Spectra Fusion" which I've heard mixed reviews about, I decided to try these grips and I'm happy to report that so far they seem to be pretty good. Installation was easy and with a few tweaks to the grips they match the Spectra very well. Overall, the Dragon Grips have a larger grip than the Elite 2 controller and are easy to clean. I don't seem to have any issues with slipping or sticky hands when using my controller, which other reviewers have also complained about. The most important thing I can say to avoid problems is to "install" the buttons as instructed. This way no glue will spill out when your hands heat the handles for prolonged use. Unfortunately, I didn't have a hair dryer or hair dryer like the instructions recommend, so I had to daydream a little. Using a kitchen mitt, I held the regulator over the oven burner set to maximum for 5 seconds on each side. It didn't damage the controller or the grips and the grips installed fine, although try this method at your own risk. Overall I'm happy with the result, especially the price of the buttons and when installed correctly they work great.
