Easy to use for my opinion
This brush, I’m sure, would work well for children a little older. My granddaughter is only one, but has very curly hair. We have to brush very lightly not to scratch her with the middle bristles.
- If your kiddo has a coarse texture, maybe stick with a Denman. This one pulls at the tangles
- There may be better detangling brushes available
