The product arrived on time and very well packaged. I bought this for a patient I see when I travel home for a phlebotomy. She's a little 90-year-old woman who just has a sweet heart. Anyway the lights in her hallway went out and her grandson came in to change the lightbulb as we all thought the old lightbulb had just burned out and after she added a new one it worked as usual. NO, and we've tried several options and now think maybe he just took a bad batch of lightbulbs. Wells, well no, it was a lot worse and should have been a lot more expensive because it was now an electrical issue. So her grandson just flipped that switch off, hoping it would prevent the electricity from catching fire or something bad. Well my patient was very upset with the lighting in her hallway as it was the only way to get up in the middle of the night to get to the rollator toilet and not fall and hit something. As you can imagine, she was very sad and worried about how she was going to cope. But over time she said she used a flashlight and my god it was a flashlight, that thing was mega heavy even for me so imagine a frail 90 year old old woman! Ugh so I felt really bad and went back home, internet hopped to Revain and found this wonderful light that was also traffic censored. Hooray! But I still worry if it really works and does what it's supposed to, but in a timely manner. And even though it's meant to be hung from the ceiling to the wall, I asked her if she wanted it to be hung from the ceiling or on the wall and she let me have it, so after a few minutes when I was done with it played To get the best view of it, I just left it on a table in the hallway that runs diagonally from her bedroom and therefore her bathroom. So I left it there and told her we'll see how it works and if it doesn't we'll hang it up. Well thank goodness when I got back next week she was bragging and thanking me from the second I was on my way. The door is light. That light! She smiled at everything and is with us to this day and keeps telling me I just love my light! She said it turns on at the first sign of movement and stays on the whole time she goes to the bathroom, giving her enough time to turn on the bathroom light. She said the light stays on for about 25 to 30 seconds when she's not near the light. Very satisfied and pleased with the brightness. She said she loves everything about this moving light 😊♥️ Which is a win for me and blessed my heart that she is still very happy with her light and it has been over a month since I gave it to her and set it up . Very happy I was able to help her get up in the middle of the night with her rollator and get to the bathroom safely without falling or bumping into things. I will order from this company again. Btw no 4D batteries are included but I ordered Revain batteries for them and picked a 12 pack. I think it was around $10-$12 but they have smaller packs. I just wanted to make sure she had plenty of spares and that they wouldn't run out of energy in the future. Batteries work great, not brand name batteries. Very happy with my purchase.
