This is a great concept and it works! I'm definitely tired of changing my bra multiple times a day just to pump it up and this accessory eliminates that problem. The reason for only 4 stars is that the size chart shown does not appear to be accurate. I have a 34C which according to the chart should be a size M. However, the size M feels very loose around the chest and doesn't hold my pump bottles very well. I would suggest downsizing. Update: I ordered one size down (small size despite what the size chart says) and there was no improvement over the size M from my previous review. The band fits well and comfortably, but the fabric around the chest is too thin and loose, it can't hold the pump parts properly. So when pumping I lose suction and when the bottles fill up even a little bit they pull down causing a lot of discomfort and pain. I ended up having to hold the bottles up while I finished pumping, so this accessory definitely doesn't free my hands. I will reiterate that this is a great concept, but this one just doesn't work.
