Failed to load media. I received the item and it was split into 2 pieces (not including the washing machine), thought it was broken and started the return process. There are no videos online of the device showing if it was designed that way. After inspecting it, I noticed a hidden set screw that was sticking out and preventing the clamp's head from staying attached to the clamp. After reassembling and tightening the screw (requires Jewler's flat head screwdriver) everything works great.
