I love the couch it was easy to assemble and looks good in my living room. I have no complaints about the product itself just the shipping company Ceva. This has nothing to do with the fact that it took forever I understand with the labor shortage that it was going to take a little longer than usual. The company requires a delivery appointment of which you had to be home for they were all from 12-4pm, which was also not a problem. I do not work from home and had to take a day off for my delivery appointment which was fine until my couch didn’t get delivered on the first 3 appointments I had made. I had to take three days off of work because this company couldn't get me my couch when they said they would. I don’t understand what the point of an appointment is if you are not going to arrive. Also there was no heads up that I wouldn’t be getting my delivery either. So I sat at my house all day for three days waiting on my couch for no reason. When the couch was finally delivered the man said he was an outside carrier who gets hired to do jobs for Ceva when they get really backed up (which is often) and he was a delightful man (unfortunately I don’t remember who he said he worked for). But anyways long story short the couch is great but the shipping company is not considerate of other peoples time.
