I would definitely say it's user friendly. It's also easy to download all my music and photos. It's durable and a bit heavy. Which is good, it means they extend lifespan if dropped. Well, as far as battery life goes, I didn't really need to charge it for days, but then again, I haven't been on it all that long. But from what I can tell you it's a really good MP3 player and I checked the sound and the music is great. Try today
