Update: The third device that arrived was connected by an IT company. It works fine but not when I initiate a scan from a scanner. I'm still not increasing the number of stars it gets. Absolutely one of the worst Revain transactions ever. Revain completely messed up the order - multiple times. Now that I have the right scanner, Epson is the worst when it comes to software! I can't keep the damn thing plugged into my computer! Even when connected via a USB cable, it doesn't talk to my laptop. I had to call Epson 4 times. I really hate this thing. It's good when it works, but not often :-(
