I use this to cut my cat's U-100 insulin needles. This is much more convenient than having a large needle case that seems to fill up (and takes up a lot of space) very quickly. It fits nicely in a pocket for his glucose reader. I really love this, but sometimes I have to click it multiple times to completely remove the previous pin? So it's not perfect, but I really love it. I don't have to worry about capping before dropping the syringe into the container. It takes up practically no space, since I can throw the rest of the syringe in the regular trash. Too bad I didn't find this 2 years ago when my cat was diagnosed. Added bonus: there are 2 packs. You really can't beat this price and convenience
