Stretches up to large sizes!

I wear a size 18 and this skirt stretched to go around my waist. It's an AMAZING crimoline to go under 1950s dresses or even just wear on it's own (it isn't see through at all.) It goes down beyond my knees so I can wear it with my longer dresses. This was a steal for the price.

Pros

Perfect with exception of elastic waistline. Elastic is odd color so i wore a belt over it.

Cons

May not be appropriate for work environments

I love this tutu. I actually wear it under my vintage dresses. It allows my dresses to flare out like in the 60s. If I would change anything it would be the waistline. Maybe have a wider band at the waistline so the puff starts a little lower than right at the waist. Size wise, I am 175 and a large or XL depending on how loose works fine.
