This is a great learning tool for kids. Especially in these times. My son was only 1 month in kindergarten and then hit the crown. He has a heart defect, so I'm not sending him back, he has one more year out of kindergarten. Who knows. This is a really good alternative to get him to study. We also make workbooks and other things, but sometimes it's nice when you can let your child do things without constant supervision. This article is great for that. I love that the table basically grows with your child, toys that are not only educational but can be used for a longer period of time are so valuable. I am very happy with my purchase and for the price ($40) you get a lot of blades. UPDATED: I dock 2 stars. It's not that I don't like the thing, it's great. BUT you should be aware that the leaves appear to be out of production. All I could get was this set, all the other addons are insanely expensive. I am so upset and very disappointed that vtech still sells the table (as an item that grows with your child's educational needs) when it is difficult or impossible to achieve this effect as others except this set do only sold by third parties at a very, very high price. So just keep that in mind. This item is great, but if you're buying a table thinking it can easily be expanded with more leaves, that's definitely not the case. Especially if you are on a budget.
