Pros: Good size, good quality stainless steel, engraved markings in black, easy to read and impossible to erase, relatively inexpensive. bad: I had to drill every fourth hole because it was too small. Now let's be clear, I didn't break out the micrometers and I didn't measure these holes. What I did was try at least 2 and sometimes 3 or more drill bits of the specified size in each hole. If they fit, I'll move on. If they didn't, I drilled a hole before they did. The point of this tool (in my opinion) is that I can easily and accurately determine the size of the drill bit. To me that means each hole should be slightly larger than spec, but definitely too small to fit the next size up. You might think I'm going to be upset about all of this, but to be honest I'm perfectly happy. I've spent $6 and a half of my time and now I have a 'thing' reliable enough to get the job done, well, forever as long as it's not abused. What else can you spend $6 on and say that?
