Used on a mower to turn the blade on and off

I used it on an Ariens mower to replace the blade engagement mechanism. I need something similar to a lawnmower throttle cable, but I need it to be a little stronger and to lock when pulled out. That's great. Also, it turns off quickly when you press the red button.
