The recommended age for this is 10 which I agree unless there is a decent amount of parental help. Wax comes in sheet form, so it needs to be heated with a hair dryer and rolled into a candle. All my kids had fun helping with this and we will be sure to buy another one to make during the Easter Triduum next year and rock it throughout the Easter season.
