I was excited to try it and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Since activated charcoal products seem to be one of the new beauty trends, I wanted to give this a whirlwind. I have fairly dry skin and no breakouts or breakouts. I used the product the same night I received it, right after washing my face with makeup remover. The product is easy to apply and has a very "refreshing" smell and feel. Tingle. reminded me of mint. Used the product again the second night. Big mistake. The next day my face was covered with small pimples. I had them all over my face. Especially in an area where a man should have a beard. It was funny. Shortly after noticing the mini volcanoes on my face, hot pink/red spots started to appear. i was so confused After a few days, my face started peeling around my forehead and just under my nose. Maybe it will reveal all that was hidden below, but I wasn't ready for that. I use Neutrogena & Glam Glow products regularly and have never had any problems. I never get pimples and can have a pimple every 6 months. Please make a trial site before use! you have been warned
