After getting rid of my standard mirror in my 2010 Toyota Corolla, I feel like I've just transitioned from wearing glasses to my perfect vision. Everything is so clear that I sway a bit because I'm not used to seeing out the rear window so well. After a few rides, my eyes mostly got used to it. Glare protection just saves. I have astigmatism in both eyes which causes a lot of extra glare. This makes driving at night so difficult that I mostly pick and stay on the right side, no matter how slow. This allows me to move around more safely without being distracted by terrible glare.
