Not a proponent of two-hour settings. I finally got it to work and found that part of the printhead had burned out. It took me at least 2 hours to install this, I must have installed and uninstalled it 6 times. I even called the worthless tech support who couldn't help me in any way, that is, in no way. I said can you help me install the drivers? He said ok did you try to install it? I said yes, that's not possible. He said ok, that means the installation doesn't work, it must be broken, we can replace it for you. I said I don't need to replace it, I need help installing the driver, sorry I can't help you. This is something you will need to speak to the factory about, they are based in China so you will need to email them and wait up to 48 hours. I hung up very frustrated and tried a few more times finally installing it. After installation I did a test print and found that everything I printed had burnt lines. A missing part of the string destroys the barcode and makes it completely unusable for me. On the other hand it looks like very good quality, difficult to install and on this printer the printhead was damaged right out of the box.
