This baking sheet features the superb craftsmanship that is typical of Anolon Advanced - a perfect fit and finish. One reviewer complained that it was too heavy, even heavier than most pans of this size. The weight has the advantage that it hardly ever warps (and showed no tendency to warp at all after maybe 15 uses). The silicone grip is a bit of a mystery, as it's not big enough to protect your hand when you're lifting a sheet pan out of a hot oven, especially given the weight. But I have found that the handle provides a good non-slip surface to grip with an oven mitt. I haven't used the tray for anything other than biscuits, so I can't comment on the mentioned discoloration of the surface when baking fries etc. The interface looks the same to me as it did when I received it.
