This is a value purchase and I recommend it. The price point was too good to pass up for me. I've used a more expensive ab mat and can tell you it's more comfortable than this one. The Yes4All mat pushes up more on my back. It appears to be a little too tall. Besides comfort, it adds a little strain to the sit up.The Yes4All isn't as good as a premium ab mat but still worth the purchase. Personally, I just can't spend a lot of money on an ab mat so I'm happy with this one. It is effective but not as nice as better quality mats.
