The product installed in minutes. Very easy. I used it around town for 2 weeks and took it to Mexico for 2 weeks. Rough roads in Mexico and it worked great. I originally bought a Weather Gard drink holder and wasn't impressed at all. It was a waste of money as it wasn't big enough to get my phone out of the way, the base was loose and it was terribly difficult for me to get my phone out of the unit every time. The Torras stand is large enough to place large mugs in the coasters. The phone will move a bit as it's standing on one leg, but that's not a problem. I like the little cable holder on the stem. I have a large iPhone 11 Max with a case and have no problem installing or removing it. The base has only been loosened once, and if you ever need to tighten it again, just turn the knob. No problem. Buy one.
